All calculators, scripts, optimization models (including Safety Stock and ROP), and cost simulators (Incoterms 2020) are provided exclusively for educational, demonstrative, and technical reference purposes.

The author does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or currency of the calculations generated by the tools on this site. The use of these scripts for actual commercial operations, financial transactions, or international logistics is done at the user's sole risk. Jaime Arias shall not be liable for financial losses, supply chain errors, customs fines, or any direct or indirect damage derived from the use of this software.

02. Privacy and Data Processing (AI)

This site uses advanced technologies, including Generative Artificial Intelligence (such as Gemini API or similar), for tools like the "AI Invoice Parser".

No Storage: Documents (PDFs, Excel, images) uploaded in demonstrations are processed in memory temporarily to perform data extraction and are immediately deleted after completing the request. We do not keep copies of your invoices or private documents on our persistent servers.
Third Parties: By using AI tools, you understand that anonymized data fragments may be sent to API providers (such as Google Cloud or OpenAI) strictly for technical processing, subject to their own corporate privacy policies.

03. Intellectual Property and Licenses

The Code: Most scripts and tools presented are available on GitHub under the MIT License (or as specified in each repository), encouraging free use, modification, and distribution with proper attribution.

The Brand: The visual design of the site, graphic identity, "JAIME" logo (and its visual variants), as well as editorial texts and blog articles, are the exclusive intellectual property of Jaime Arias and cannot be replicated for commercial purposes without express authorization.
